Soul Surfer

Have you all seen Soul Surfer yet??   We just watched it this past weekend.  It was sooo good!!!  We REALLY enjoyed it.   I am sure you have seen previews or have already seen it but just incase you haven't it is the story of Bethany Hamilton.  Her arm was bit off by a shark while she was surfing but she did not let that stop her from surfing and doing what she loves.  She has an amazing testimony about not giving up even when its hard.  The movie was pretty spot on to her book.

 We just happen to be in HI over a year ago when they were filming the movie.   It was pretty cool to see "behind the scenes".  We even saw Bethany and her mom a few times.  I think since her family had a big part in directing this movie it was very accurate.

We actually met Anna Sophia Robb (Bethany Hamilton in the movie).  But I didn't have the guts to ask for a pic:)  But I did have the guts to walk up too. . . .
