Car Wash & Prayer

We had a car wash this last weekend (we have 7 more on the calendar between now and August) to raise some $$ to help bring our little man home.  It went amazingly well.  Before we could even get water in the buckets there were cars pulling in.  It was AMAZING!!  God totally brought car after car.  There was always at least 2 or 3 cars lined up.  I forgot my camera to capture all of the sign holders and car washers but thankfully a good friend snapped a few shots. I will have to get them from her later.  We had such a great time hanging out with great friends and washing cars!!   I will definitely be really good at washing cars by the end of summer with all the car washing we are going to be doing in the next couple of months.

I'm sure you all know the recent changes or talk of changes regarding Ethiopian adoptions, and how the Ethiopian Ministry of Women's Affairs (MOWA) is cutting back adoptions by up to 90%.  We are just trusting God that He has everything under control even when things seem out of control and TOTALLY out of our control.  "He has the WHOLE world in His hands"

Do NOT be anxious about ANYTHING, but in EVERYTHING, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving,  present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends ALL understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
